Did you know there’s blue matcha?
Known for its lighter matcha taste, we made these blue matcha waffles with our award winning Matcha Almond Butter.
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of almond milk
- 2 tbsp of monk fruit
- 1 tsp of blue matcha
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- You can add more blue matcha depending on how strong do you like the taste.
- Cook each waffle in a waffle maker.
- Topped them with Sarai’s Matcha Almond Butter.
